      Flexible working hours if you are on the right management.

      Cons

      Does not train you properly. Kept making excuses on how they will train you on the role. Just thinks about the money and not the customers satisfaction. The management will treat you based on the benefits that they will get from you.

      Pros

      There is some what of a team collaboration. There is plenty of overtime Stable job

      Cons

      We used to do a monthly BBQ. We stopped that and as soon as management changed the company went down hill. People started flying out the door and the morale is a lot poorer. You may be treated well if you have the right personality. You will be expected to do over time but don't expect to be rewarded for it
