- Great place to start a career - After three months in the position, there is a lot of potential to make money - Employees have a sense of comradery and teamwork - Comfortable office environment - Great training program - The company is in expansion mode. If you establish your self in the small firm now, it will be incredibly beneficial down the line. - I typically got off at 4pm. An early work schedule meant I got to enjoy the majority of the day.

- Seem to have unrealistic expectations in regards to setting goals - A disconnect between the operations and sales side
