Pros
Occasionally buy lunch/dinner. Friendly people. Clean environment. Location.
Cons
Benefits don't start until after the probation period. No training. Takes advantage of interns. Bureaucratic to a T. Lots of overtime... too much. (I worked over 105 hours during the first two weeks). Very rude and unprofessional management. She would public slander employees about appearance, attitude, and personality. No diversity. If you're not Korean, you probably won't get an office job. Low wages. (I took a huge pay cut for this position.) Tense, quiet atmosphere, dead silence. Worse than a typical Korean company. (Work till you die.) Not worth the wages and amount of time I spent training and developing myself. Did I mention, no training?
