-Most of the people are absolutely amazing to work with. They are mostly experienced, helpful, take the job seriously but don't have large egos.
-Our client company has amazing campuses, really great food, great venue spaces with standardized equipment across them and well managed operating procedures.
-Collaborating teams are very helpful and excellent to work with.
-Clients are 99% respectful and generally great to work with.
-Job itself is really great. Day to day, the best job I've ever had.

Cons
-Classic corporate management, favoritism, double standards, and managers who have no prior experience with managing people.
-Management rarely steps in to actually operate and assist when last minute call outs or situations happen. Some managers definitely better than others.
-No realistic room to grow. Level promotions rare and biased. No cost of living adjustment last year, and then suddenly there's pay raise to damage control people leaving left and right. Still well below industry standard rate based on many comparable job listings in this area.
-Due to high turnover, training standards have fallen and people have been put into roles with minimal preparation. Pressure has been put on existing techs to fill in the gaps.
-On a local note, some techs with legitimately fireable offenses seem to just be around. HR violations even when reported seem to mean nothing.
-Benefits are pretty much CA minimums, low pto accrual rate, 5 paid sick days for a year of working in rooms with hundreds of people weekly
