Pros

-Solid operation standards -Standardized equipment in multiple venues with organized training systems -Genuinely good people for the most part -Location and workplace are excellent and hold their own benefits. However this is provided by our client company not our contracting company

Cons

Upper management refuses to cut into the margin whatsoever to pay techs more despite a lucrative contract with a leading tech conglomerate in the world. Promotions are rare and when they occur, the responsibilities outweigh the 3.5% raise of base salary. Cost of living adjustments are not standard and annual and despite many many discussions, upper management is digging in their heels to avoid a cent being tossed toward techs and this has put lower management in a bind. Losing techs left right as a result and no wonder turnover rate is especially high. 6 ppl in 5 months have left. Also on a local management side, certain hiring choices are questionable and certain individuals having conducted seemingly firable offenses have gotten off scot free. A previous supervisor was hypocritical, malicious, and regularly power tripped while contributing essentially nothing. Another manager has lied on multiple occasions in an effort to get two separate techs in trouble for false offenses. On the ladder case they colluded with said supervisor. - Benefits are set to mandatory legal minimums without much increase over time - Promotion system is based on tech levels with certain roles per level but this isn't followed exactly and for some reason a raise is out of the question without a tech level increase leading to a cap at the senior level. -HR is classic corporate HR
