The knowledge and experienced I've gained in my time at FORGE is more than all my other work experience combined. They also value work/life balance and provide great perks like a wellness stipend, half day Fridays, happy hours, and offsite events. Great culture and a positive work environment.

In this case, the company should vet new hires more carefully. The individual who rated the company a one star was with FORGE for a month. He oversold his capabilities. With 10+ years of experience, he was being instructed by staff with barely two years of experience. When this issue was addressed, he put in his notice and left the company unceremoniously.
