Good for career start and for research - Research Assistant FORTH-ICS Employee Review

I worked there for 2,5 years (transitioned from scholar, to part time and then to full time employment). The experience highly depends on the PIs and their way of work. I experienced lack of work-life balance, payment that did not always match my (or my collegues') qualifications, and the way of work and tools was far from the industry standards, which made the transition from reseach to the industry really hard.
