Terrible - Software Engineer FORTVISION Employee Review

It all comes down to the manager. He's a control freak. Even in parts of the system where he doesn't understand a thing. He will ping you every few hours asking for the progress status. He will create JIRA tickets with unclear description and random labels not knowing the difference between BUG and FEATURE. Don't expect any testing, he doesn't have time for this. Sometimes he goes to panic mode when something brakes and starts spamming to you every 15 minutes. Other times he might try to help you solve a bug with a stupid non-relevant advice thinking he knows everything.
