I had the opportunity to work at Fotile Indonesia, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The company's work culture is marred by nepotism and favoritism, which predominantly stems from the managerial level positions. It's disheartening to witness how these issues have a detrimental impact on the overall work environment. Additionally, the drama among employees is exacerbated by the HR department itself. It appears that HR is either unable or unwilling to address the underlying issues related to nepotism and favoritism. This lack of action from HR only serves to further divide the workforce and intensify workplace tensions.
