There is a total lack of knowledge within executive management and they show at times very poor business knowledge. Their evaluation process is based on innuendoes that never get researched for authentication. Biggest issue is the continual cycle of layoffs, over 13 in the last 5 years, putting more and more pressure to perform with less while they add more non performing management.
