Pros

Couldn't think of any perks.

Cons

Work-Life Balance - Terrible The company recently changed their leave policies, making them stricter than typical service-based companies. If you don't log in by 10:30 AM, they deduct your salary as loss of pay. This feels more like a school attendance policy than a professional workplace. Work from home is now limited to just once a month. The upper management lacks technical expertise. The CRO has no background in AI/ML or coding but makes all major decisions. Many people with "Data Scientist" titles don't have the skills for even a Data Analyst role. The work environment is heavily focused on office politics rather than actual work. Career Growth - None No salary increases or promotions are happening. The company hasn't been able to secure new business for over a year, and their financial situation is poor. They're cutting costs everywhere, which affects employee benefits and growth opportunities. Additional Concerns No clear career path or learning opportunities for skill development Micromanagement culture with strict monitoring instead of trust-based work High employee turnover due to poor policies and Management lack of transparency about company performance and future plans Benefits and perks are below industry standards Final Verdict The management style and policies make this a difficult place to work. Consider other opportunities before joining
