      Pros

      On-going training, wide range of projects to choose from, good team and culture. The mentorship is outstanding as the manager will be able to take care of each staff. Good salary.

      Cons

      Not really, have to work as a subcontractor for a big project (sometimes it's better to be a subcontractor)
