- extremely poor management - lack of communication inside the company - unclear roles and responsibilities - no way of telling who does what - lack of support from managers - either incomplete or non-existent documentation - no trainings organized by the company - you either train yourself on your free time or ask them to pay for an external training you have to find for yourself - no respect for the employee - everyone is replaceable - employment contracts sitting on owner's desk for months before being signed - high employee rotation - people join, learn how the company operates and decide to leave or are let go
