Good company, and then changes happened. - Financial Investigator FSA Employee Review

Pros

The ability to be able to telework during the pandemic, even though I am sure they will take that away, as soon as they can. First line supervisor is pretty good about communicating if and when necessary.

Cons

Our contract split from the main contract and they took away some of our vacation days and all of our sick days, making it to where some people lost up to 10 days a year, with no real explanation. Pay raises are tough to come by and a promotion to senior level in our job is even harder, no matter how many years you have been there.
