Pros
Very patient with welders learning a specific type of TIG welding that most aren't accustomed to, 90 day probation period with pay increase, everyone helps out and is nice, large clean facility, get holidays off like Good Friday.
Cons
High production rates, drawings don't include all of the information so a lot of missed things that need to reworked
