We are always working on cutting edge products, and push the boundaries of what is possible. It's never boring. The ownership is great, they really care about our well being and are extremely understanding and accommodating of our personal needs. We get a great amount of exposure to many different types of technology, including AI, wearable robotics, custom software solutions, electronics design, custom sensors, medical devices, and more. Overall it's a great place to work where you're guaranteed to expand your skillset and be involved in very fun projects.

If you want to live in the city, FTL may not be for you. Some consider this a pro, but it's understandable if you don't want to live in the area.

The benefits at FTL are like no other company I have worked for. Extremely generous. Pay is very competitive for Western Mass. The projects are very innovative and the company is constantly doing something exciting.

Very busy workplace. There are always new deadlines and meetings popping up, so if you don't like being busy, this may not be the place for you.
