Very supportive environment, freedom to try to new ways of working and service, work-life balance
Cons
Very sales-heavy, old school with constant rejig at senior management levels, struggling to get out of the "printer-selling" model. Hopefully the return to Fujifilm will help moving to the next generation of solutions.
