Cons
-Nepotism at its finest. CEO and her Sister ran most of the company. -Both were mentioned in regulatory filings and Drew was even blacklisted in the financial markets. -No ethics, dishonest to employees used false promises as motivation -No career growth, few people leave sales/support. Most people quit. -Management compensation is competitive, but the FSR/Sales rep compensation is laughable -No 401k match and lots of other budget cuts prior to SNB and leaving the US -Drew used to have round about sessions quizzing employees on topics. Would humiliate people if answers were wrong.
