13yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience working at FXCM. We greatly value the opportunity to utilize this information constructively so that we may capitalize on the positive and work on areas that may need improvement. We can assure to anyone reading this review that we do pay attention to these comments and do not take the feedback lightly. We care about what our employees think and are consistently working on the continued improvement of our work environment.
Here are a few highlights of the efforts made in the past year to improve on areas mentioned in this review:
• Instituted company-wide management training for recently promoted managers. This program ensures that our new management talent is qualified and prepared for the important role of leading a team.
• The leaders of the organization continuously seek feedback on the work environment. We regularly solicit feedback from employees via focus groups, anonymous surveys and an open-door policy. The Founders of FXCM personally review the information gathered from these mediums to address areas of needed improvement.
• External data benchmarking is being utilized to ensure compensation is competitive at all levels.
