- Only the superior (your position's manager, not GM) is good.
- Very pathetically, no other pros, only cons.
Cons
- Beware as management will force you to transfer to a new BU, to only terminate your contract with that BU because you are "not well fit for the BU" but the actual reason is that they are cutting head count. But they can and will still hire management roles.
- Toxic culture and management
- Company does not have a fixed direction.
- Management can only see you using your phones, unable to see you doing your job
- Company does not pay supplier payments on time, only delays & delays, you can only blame the management.
- You will not receive your AWS and bonus on time, it will be delayed as well.
- You will not be appreciated for what you have done by the company as they take it for granted and expect you to do more than supposed to.
- Do not expect too much from this company.
- Company will do anything by means to get whatever they want, regardless good or bad.
- No career progression in this company, unless you are well-liked by the bosses.
