      Pros

      The patients are wonderful and there is a variety of alignments you will work with.

      Cons

      The owner at the Pelican Bay Fyzical in Naples FL formerly Pelican Sports Rehab is an absolute snake in the grass. Do not trust him as he tells you one thing and makes promises that he doesn't keep! Horrible micro manager, but a great salesman so BEWARE!

      Pros

      Flexible hours, teamwork, coworkers become like friends and family. I’ve worked in healthcare my entire career, and this is by far my favorite position I’ve held. From the day of my interview, I knew this was where I wanted to be and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. The owners are open-minded to new ideas and supportive of growth, and everyone shares the same goal of helping as many patients as possible. The collaboration between all three disciplines (PT/OT/ST) really encourages teamwork, and as a result, coworkers quickly become close. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone lifts each other up. I truly look forward to continuing to grow alongside this company and am excited to see what the future holds!

      Wish I lived a little bit closer to the clinic, but my teammates and patients make it worth it!
