It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed working with your colleagues and valued the opportunity to gain insurance experience, learn new software, and benefit from health insurance and paid holidays. We strive to create a supportive team environment and offer perks that make a difference for our staff. That said, we’re sorry to hear that the wage level and occasional stress from patient interactions were challenging. As a franchise, we’re limited in some areas by local market conditions, but we take your advice about wages to heart and are always exploring ways to improve where we can.
