      I like fact that I can suggest things and it is heard. Interesting projects on hand

      Nothing so far. I was afraid of salary but after so many months I can say there is no issue

      Spacious office , new technology , chance to learn lots of things, CEO is a very nice person to work for.

      Cons

      Employee Review system has to be put in place to reward better employees. Some employees contributed nothing but were still kept at job affecting others output
