6yThank you for taking the time to share your experience. The system conversion you mentioned is necessary in order to continue growing successfully as a combined organization. That said, we also understand that such a large project takes dedication from all employees - the type of focused hard work that we very much appreciate. Certain positions have been identified that will no longer be needed after the project has been completed due to the synergies gained from one common business system, the employees in those positions were given 12 months’ notice of such decision to provide them with adequate time to prepare for such transition. Those employees, as with any employee, are encouraged to review the Company’s Internal Job Postings for current open positions and apply if interested. We also encourage all employees to write authentic reviews (just as open and honest as this one is). We would never ask for canned feedback or specific ratings. Receiving real reviews from past and present employees is a goal of ours so we appreciate and value your input here. In terms of need for additional support without follow through from management, we would like to discuss this with you further.
