Pros

Co workers are great and services are structured.

Cons

Completely taking all the money for themselves. No room for negotiation from management and owner. Only some people get 4% commission for services. 7% commission on products and only $12 hourly to start. Lowest paying esthetician job you can find. No benefits or PTO offered.

Pros

Absolutely love the work environment. We always invest in trainings and education. We work hard but we have a lot of fun! We have a diverse clientele, which is amazing - we get to treat all kinds of skin and concerns.

Cons

I love working here, I don't have any 'cons'

Pros

Always on top of newest products and services, gives employees incentives every month, will make sure you are 100% ready to perform a protocol before servicing a client, good location and aesthetic atmosphere

Cons

A lot of favoritism, will over-work you...kind of a pro and con because you will have full bookings especially if you are just starting out as an esti BUT you will get clients the OGs do not want or that have a bad rep and the worst hours. Anything the original girls do not want they WILL put on you. The management are girls who have been there from day 1 so they have first choice in everything including days off, clients, free services because of models needed, etc. They are not lenient with days off at all and expect you to know what days off are needed 2/3 months in advance, if something comes up last minute you will most likely not get the time off. Can be catty at some points and some things may be done spitefully against you. Owners are nice but rarely there, they put full trust into the original girls running the place so you basically have to be on their best side to get benefits there from them. Also pay is terrible, hourly is below minimum wage and commission on services and products is 7% and they will die on the hill of telling you that you can sell your way into making a lot of money with that.
