There is no pros. Founder and cofounder both are more interested in your personal life than your professional life. Employees and team is very good.

Founder and Cofounder both think they are smart, they try to act oversmart but in reality oversmart people are the dumbest one falling in their own trap. Both founder and cofounder judge people by the clothes they wear.
