Pros
When I first started working here I had a few positive things to say about this company. As for today, I don't have any pros. Other than a few colleagues I enjoyed working with, this company sucks. If you're thinking about applying or have an interview reconsider because this place is not worth your time.
Cons
The business practices with executive management is incredibly shady. There is no clear avenue for growth, other than knowing how many calls you've made, emails you've sent, and meetings you've been in. You have no idea what your actual numbers are. There is no clear avenue for growth, yet Executive Management continues to promote themselves and pick favorites to promote. There is also a lot of disparity for young woman and people of color in this company. Everyone in Leadership is White and at least 50-60 plus years old. I don't even think there are any Gen Z employees in the sales department. Since I've started working there, diversity within this company has significantly declined. I noticed a few LGBT employees get promoted to director roles but they are all White. The diversity wasn't much when I started but it got worse to the point people started leaving. They either leave because they got a job somewhere else where they feel more respected and are receiving better pay or they were laid off. It doesn't matter how dedicated you are or hardworking you are, how productive you are, if customers like you, or even if your team is understaffed, if Executive Management doesn't like you for whatever personal reasons they have you can immediately be without a job the next day. The work environment has become hostile because leadership chooses to use the pandemic as an excuse for why job scope between Account Executives and Account Managers are blurred. Yet the World Health Organization has declared that the pandmeic ended months ago and all jobs/businesses that were shutdown have returned. While Executive Management continues to promote themselves and ignores these issues, their employees suffer. I ADVISE TO AVOID WORKING HERE. This company is stuck in a time period where abuse of power, racism, ageism, and sexism is okay. Most importantly HR is not your friend so you suffer in silence until you have an opportunity to get out.
