It is too casual and laid back, crossing into unprofessional. The policies are a joke. Pay & opportunity is based on whether or not management likes you, not according to work performance. There is no formal communication. They play favorites, the rules are not the same for everyone. In a lot of ways the way they treat and act with the employees is illegal.
