Commission plan can be very good for high performers depending on the office that you work in and whether or not there are long standing relationships there. Some of the people can be good to work with
Cons
Calls and activity are pushed my upper level management. That is the extent to which anyone manages. The amount of recruiters and salespeople that enter and leave the organization on an annual basis is staggering. Promises are made, but never kept. Upper level management doesn't have a clue what happens at any of the offices. If you join, you better come in as an experienced recruiter, because it is a sink or swim environment
