Fahrenheit IT Response
7yGlassdoor allows employees to anonymously post reviews and unfortunately, in some cases, it can be used to misrepresent the employee and the employer. Case in point, this reviewer states that they are currently employed as a director at Fahrenheit IT but we don’t have a director on staff who has been employed for less than a year.
We know this reviewer is misrepresenting their role at Fahrenheit IT. The question is, why?
Our Open Door practice encourages open, direct and personal communication and we want to hear from our employees if they have concerns. If employees don’t feel comfortable speaking to their manager, they are encouraged to speak to Human Resources.
