More working hours and gets a little hectic while reviews

Good compensation. 401k match. Some established business such as scores business is stable.

Has no soul. Company sitting on good cash and hence able to invest selectively, buyout companies and try to extract more by charging customers more. Senior Management does not seem to know what they are doing! At times feels like company is run by lawyers. One needs to watch their back constantly.
