Great office culture and management. Docs are great

Not really much, besides low pay

Good pay and benefits. Predictable schedule.

Same work task all day long becomes monotonous. Expect to take the blame from patients for late appointments, rescheduling, etc.. I felt it wasn’t necessarily a respected position from both internal and external sources.
