Love the community. The residents are fantastic and they always make me smile. The coworkers are also fantastic

You definitely don't get paid the best.

Flexible hours, excellent opportunity for continuing education, spacious office

No vacation time for the first year, very hard with children. Not up-to-date with policies and procedures. Management (RNs) extremely unprofessional. Human Resources does not provide confidentiality. At times would request mandated paperwork for facility license to be done wrong.
