Pros
- Many employees have been with Fairmont for 15+ years which is a direct reflection of ownership and management. They take care of their staff and the CEO has an open door policy. - Laid back atmosphere - Investing heavily in new capital to promote growth
Cons
- It is disorganized as far as structure but you can see the proper steps being taken to fix this. - The plant can be chaotic with rush orders which pushes everything else to the side. The new ERP system should correct the scheduling however.
