Fairwinds has wonderful leadership and a great culture. There are a lot of fun problems to work on, and great learning experiences. Work life balance is important so team members can perform their best.

Being an early stage startup there is a decent bit of experimenting for product market fit on the SaaS side of the business while I was there.

Fairwinds has a great culture and leadership is very interested in making sure everyone is growing. It's one of the few places I've worked where I feel they genuinely care about you as a person.

Things change quickly. It's a small startup, so this makes sense. If you aren't open to pivoting when needed it may not be the best for you. Not necessarily a con, but the reality of a small startup.
