- Great partners - Excellent experience if you want to be in the healthcare field, EMS, Fire, or PD. - Rarely boring - you will have stories for life - Matching 401k at 6% - Decent health benefits
Cons
- Management and scheduling is terrible - Overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated - A hassle to use PTO, they will most likely deny - No sleep depending on where you work your 24-hr shift - Equipment/Ambulances are old and worn; especially if you are working in an underserved community - As an EMT, you will be considered expendable by the company
