      It was rainbows and butterflies at first.

      Cons

      Great county to gain experience as you run so many critical calls/ year. The company however is all about profits vs patients. Since Falck has taken over the 911 contract back in 2019, they have been through 3 Ops managers to date.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
