Flexibility and the pay was good.

I don't have any cons.

I really enjoyed working with the flowers. The work itself was enjoyable. The overall job was good. The schedule was flexible.

Poor management I was being unfairly blamed for a display that my supervisor created and was expected to correct, even though he made the mistake and did not take accountability for it. I was written up for not completing a task that required an app I was never given access to despite being told during the write-up that I would receive the necessary information.
