As with anyone else, you get paid on time. This is not unusual.

NYC branch: They get rid of you and tell you they are eliminating the position or use an excuse that you are likely to buy, then instruct the location where you are working to say the same. It may be to get help who accepts a cheaper rate or perhaps they think it's a kind way to say good-bye. They don't return calls once you are gone. I wouldn't trust them. They want loyalty yet can't give it in return.
