Met some great people all of which left as a result of the owners appalling behavior

Essentially everything about the experience was a con other than meeting great people. Most everyone was great other than ownership and one extremely low skilled CNC Programmer who's jealousy and inadequacy informs his entire personality . Much of the camaraderie I experienced with everyone else was based on going through the horrible experience of working there together. I left because the medically low IQ owner physically threatened me. In any other state, they would have been sued out of business by employees. Although they ARE constantly being sued by other companies. I cannot stress enough how dangerously dumb and contemptuous of essentially everyone but themselves the owners are. They are the laughing stock of the small arms industry and famous throughout the flathead valley as being the place you do not want to work. The owners are reading this review and blaming everybody but themselves. Your entire workforce doesn't walk out within 2 months when you're doing things right and treating them well.

We all left but 90 percent of the employees were amazing. We're all friends to this day as we went through hell together.

Everything you can think of. Everything. Most toxic and unprofessional company culture I've ever heard of let alone been a part of. Owners inherited money from a divorce and have no business running any kind of company. They bought out the company founder and systematically lose money and chase instagram clout over profit or reputation. Will treat you like absolute garbage. Abusive and violent. Everyone that works there is constantly on edge and living in fear and any of them that cant survive outside of the company will literally eat you in order to secure their spot at a place no one should ever spend an appreciable amount of time at. If you stay long, you will change for the worse. Do not, under any circumstances, move to work here. It hasn't worked out for anyone that has tried. The owners are pure unadulterated cringe factories just look at their social media presence. The entire town can't stand them and their reputation in small arms is HORRIBLE. Just cringy unprofessional disgusting selfish fake aggressive insecure lunatics. All but 4 people left the company within 2 months and they had to start from scratch with only the most toxic leftovers. Cant imagine the culture now.
