Pros
Very ethical company with leadership genuinely focused on helping families/clients. Four quadrant approach to sales process including Annuities, FE, MP, & IUL. Will help get started with fresh leads (although very limited) as well as older data.
Cons
Small number of carriers with sub-par comp schedules/agreements with some carriers; some FE doesn't have renewals. Training could be more structured, but probably just as good if not better than most IMO's. Very few pragmatic tools for success provided & basically no field tools offered.
