      Pros

      This is the best job experience I have had to date. The training period is comprehensive and well-paced, and those who train you are with you for questions or support at any time. The bonds between treatment technicians and the kids are always prioritized, and it is very rewarding to get to watch these kids grow and know you and your team had a part in it. Continual education and advancement are also highly valued here; there is always something new to learn, and your team leaders want to actively support you in your professional growth if you wish to advance to a more senior position.

      Pros

      I like the atmosphere of working with children and getting to make a difference in children’s lives. Plus all of the staff is very welcoming. One more thing I like is the flexibility with when sessions get cancelled, or if we have bad weather.

      Cons

      The benefits are definitely the number one con for me. That and the amount of driving we have to do and not being able to receive more reimbursement for wear and tear to our cars.
