I love working with such an intelligent, fun and hardworking team. A new CEO was hired a few months and it's been an amazing turn around. I can honestly say that it's the first time I've felt valued and appreciated for my work at Famous. The new CEO brought a strong sense focus to the business. The work is continues to be challenging and fun but a lot more gratifying. There's something special going on here.

This is a friendly, tight-knit office where everyone gets along and works together. We are growing and taking part in some fun, exciting projects! Everyone works extremely hard, but the relaxed office atmosphere allows us to still have fun. Every Friday we have an awesome happy hour and there are always delicious snacks and drinks around the office and free lunch every day is amazing! Our management couldn't be nicer or more supportive. They are always accessible and provide guidance and support when needed. They are also very open to feedback and take time to talk and listen to everyone's ideas. Employees get challenging projects and everyone is always working hard and learning something new, but we are also able to help and support each other when needed. This office is collaborative, not competitive. Famous also does it absolute best to take care of it's employees. Our healthcare is one of the best I've ever had and I know first hand that they pay everyone as fairly as possible. We also all receive stock options and have a bonus program so that every employee commission on whatever profit we make. It's a huge incentive for everyone!

401k would be nice in the future, but at a small startup I wouldn't expect one.
