      challenging work, good team. good for entry level or gaining experience.

      Cons

      no life balance, salary is good for fresh grad. no annual salary increase, i think it takes 5yrs for regular employee to have salary increase (base on what i heard from 10yrs above employee. DIY training as a maintenance.
