I had the unfortunate experience of working at this company, and it was an absolute disaster from day one. If I could give zero stars, I would. The management is completely clueless, and it's clear that they have no idea how to run a successful business, let alone treat their employees with any respect. The work environment is toxic and demoralizing. There's a constant atmosphere of fear, and you're always walking on eggshells, unsure if you'll be the next victim of their arbitrary layoffs. The communication within the company is horrendous. Important information is withheld, and decisions are made behind closed doors without any input from the employees who are actually doing the work. Also, in all hands meet, the CEO of the company abuses openly. Such an informal company that which the CEOs talk behind each other's backs. Politics is at its peak here. I could tell it in just a very short span of time. They hold a meeting and block a meeting room for the whole day and start the layoff process by inviting every employee there and handing over the letter. They forcibly ask to resign on a specific date and they don't even pay full severance. 99% of employees were paid a severance of 20 days. In summary, working at this company was a nightmare I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. If you value your sanity, career, and general well-being, stay far away from this company. It's a sinking ship with no lifeboats, and you'll be left to drown in a sea of incompetence and despair. Save yourself the agony and look elsewhere for employment.
