Pros
The experience gained while working at Faraday was extremely helpful in moving forward in my career. In my short time I was able to learn how to work with a wide range of clients in a fast paced, marketing focused, environment. Hybrid working was a helpful option, but I found most people didn't go into the office
Cons
Too much change without enough training. The company is/was in a rapid growth phase which meant changes were happening regularly, but the team I was working on wasn't informed of these changes until they were implemented. This led to a knowledge gap between what we were preparing and how we presented information to clients. It also led to burnout because communication wasn't forthright so time to prepare was limited
