Pros
Have never worked for a more amazing team of people, or a place who truly stands by their core values. As an employee, you are treated as person first. The entire team is supportive, KIND, so professional and everyone always works together. As a company/brokerage, the service they provide is incomparable. ALWAYS going the extra mile for clients and doing what they can in the community. An overall amazing, caring and HARDWORKING team to work with/for and a breath of fresh air in the competitive real estate world.
Cons
Occasionally, staffing (speaking for my own department) can be really short but, everyone ALWAYS does their best to be flexible and accommodating. I also think it shows that the company doesn't want just anyone on the team. They are looking for lifers, and I am happy to be a part of the team.
