As an IT shop, remote work is lacking. The infrastructure is in place to support it but there are few work from home opportunities depending on your department/role.
There are more projects and work than there are staff in a lot of cases. Projects are great and move the company forward but FPI may be biting off more than they can chew and causing some burnout with employees who have been there a while.
Hard to move up career wise. Openings seem to only come up if someone else leaves, and even then FPI has many contractors to fill the void. While they come off as investing a lot in their employees professional growth, solid training is only available for certain roles.
