Many leaders are dishonest and incompetent. Care more about climbing the ladder than their people or success. No consistency in how people are treated or how rules are applied, such as WFH. Wasted millions on projects then blame us EBA's. Some staff get a free pass to contribute nothing and others expected to do all the work. Will lie to you constantly and throw you under the bus. Promote people who suck up and don't question them. Say they will address issues and then do nothing. Employees scared to say anything to help make things better or are ignored so give up and just do what they are told even if it makes no sense
