      Great people to work with, colleagues support one another and the team members are great

      Cons

      Management doesn’t communicate with the staff Company feels like an old boys club where people who aren’t qualified get promoted for being friends with leadership People in leadership gossip and don’t respect confidentiality Bad company decisions leading to no profits, constant restructures and everyone fearing for their job security
